Get started with your Pruvan account today. These next steps will get you out in the field taking certified photos in no time. As always, please don’t hesitate to contact Pruvan with any questions.

Please read through all 5 steps before beginning!

 

Step One: Create Your Account

Sign up with a new username and password here. For step by step instructions watch the video below:

Step Two: Choose the Number of Devices you'll Need for Your Business

At Pruvan, we do not charge per user. Instead, we charge for the number of devices on which you plan to use Pruvan to take photos and complete your work orders. Please visit our pricing page to learn more about our per device pricing.

Not sure about Pruvan yet, but want to give it a try? Use Pruvan for FREE! With a free Pruvan account you can take geo-tagged and auto-formatted photos, complete mobile forms, import work orders, and much more! It’s a great option for those looking to get introduced to Pruvan. Learn more about what comes with a free account here.

If you’re giving Pruvan a try for free, skip to Step 3. Otherwise, once you’ve determined the optimal number of devices for you and your business, go to the“Subscriptions” page under the “Account” tab on your account and select the number of devices you need from our “Unlimited” plan. Step Three: Download Pruvan Mobile and the Pruvan Downloader

Now it’s time to get Pruvan on your phone and PC!

Log in to your new account and click on the “Apps” tab. You will be given instructions to download BOTH the free app for both Apple and Android devices AND the Pruvan Downloader, a desktop application that stores and organizes all your photos on your home and/or work computer.

Step Four: Get Integrated with AFAS

Now it’s time to get AFAS work orders into your Pruvan account!

Important: Your Pruvan Online account and the Pruvan Downloader effectively replace the MyFAStrack desktop application. If you don’t see photos in MyFAStrack, it’s because photos are now automatically sent and organized from Pruvan Mobile to your Pruvan Online account and the Pruvan Downloader. You can then QA in Pruvan Online before publishing results to FAStrack.

This integration also gives you the ability to QA in the field and publish results directly to FAStrack from Pruvan Mobile. This option can be set in your Pruvan Online account, instructions can be found here. Any other necessary tasks (e.g. invoicing) can still be completed in FAStrack online. Step Five: Get Trained and Get Going

AFAS is providing in-house training that will help you understand how to best use Pruvan for AFAS work orders.  Your AFAS Vendor Management contact can be reached at the email address: vendor.business.orientation@assurant.com. Additional support can be found in the Vendor Tools section of MyFAStrack.
