Pruvan’s mission has always been to deliver the best quality mobile app and service while keeping costs down. Since 2010, we’ve added dozens of features to Pruvan (video, the Client Portal, surveys, just to name a few) while keeping prices at $20 per device. Like most companies, after seven years, we are overdue for a pricing increase.

 

Our new rates for device-based pricing are as follows…

What Does This Mean for My Account?

Here are some examples of what this price increase would look like:
A device-based plan with 3 devices will increase from $60 per month to $75 per month.

A device-based plan with 10 devices will increase from $160 per month to $200 per month.

A device-based plan with 75 devices will increase from $900 per month to $1,125 per month.

 

How Do I Lock In My Current Rate?

You will be automatically locked in to your current monthly rate for ONE YEAR. So, if you currently pay $80 for 5 devices, your pricing WILL NOT CHANGE for one year as long as you do not change your device count (see below for more info).

 

What Will Happen After One Year of Being Locked In To My Current Rate?

On August 1, 2018, your account will be automatically updated to reflect this increase in device-based pricing. If you were paying $80 for 5 devices, your monthly bill increase to $100 per month for 5 devices.

 

My Business Uses Your Usage-Based, Pay-As-You-Go Pricing That’s $1 per Project… What Will My New Bill Be?

There will be NO CHANGES to our Usage Pricing Plan. Those using the Usage Pricing Plan will still only pay $1 per project per work week.

 

What If I Want to Change the Number of Devices In My Account?

If, on or after August 1, 2017, you change the number of devices in your subscription, your account will reflect the new pricing.

 

Before August 1st, you can add or subtract devices at our current pricing with no increase.

 

What If I Want to Close My Account Now and Open A New Account Later?

If you close your account and create a new account on or after August 1, 2017, your account will reflect the new pricing.

 

If you close your account and create a new account before August 1, 2017, your account will reflect our current pricing.

 

What If I Forget to Pay My Subscription?

If your account becomes delinquent on or after August 1, 2017, when you reactivate subscription services, your account will reflect the new pricing.

 

If your account becomes delinquent before August 1, 2017, when you reactivate subscription services, your account will reflect our current pricing.

 

What If I Don’t Know What Pricing Plan I Have?

Check our pricing page and then go to the Subscription page in your Pruvan Online account. Or, ask our Support Team and they’ll help you figure out which pricing plan is best for your business.

 

Can I “Stock Up” on Devices Before the Price Increase?

You sure can! In fact, Pruvan recommends adjusting your account to the number of devices you think you may need over the next year. Bump your device count up from 10 to 20 or down from 5 to 3 to take advantage of our current device rates.

 

Should I Switch My Account to Usage-Based Pricing?

Maybe! Reach out to our Support Team by opening a support ticket and they can help you analyze your business and determine if switching to Usage pricing (which is just $1 per project per work week) is a better match for your business.
