Our Support Team replies to all tickets within one business day, Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM (CST) in the order in which they are received. The sooner you open a ticket, the sooner you’ll get a response!
The fastest way to let Pruvan Support know that you need some help is opening a Support Ticket. You can open a Ticket either through the app, on this page, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Contacting a department outside of Support (e.g. Sales or Business Development) does NOT create a Support Ticket and will delay response times. Help us help you faster!
