If you are a vendor that uses REAMSView to get work from your work providers, you can now complete those orders with your mobile device when you use Pruvan!

The set up is 5 easy steps, and you can get started with your Pruvan account today. These next steps will get you out in the field taking certified photos in no time. As always, please don’t hesitate to contact Pruvan with any questions.

Please read through all 5 steps before beginning!

 

Step One: Create Your Account

 

 

Sign up with a new username and password here. For step by step instructions watch the video below:

Step Two: Choose The Pricing Plan That Fits Your Business Needs

At Pruvan, we offer a Usage Based Plan and a Device Based Plan. Please visit our pricing page to learn more about these two plans and choose the one that best serves your business needs.

 Once you’ve determined the pricing plan best for you and your business, go to the“Subscriptions” page under the “Account” tab on your account and select the plan of your choice.

Step Three: Download Pruvan Mobile and the Pruvan Downloader

Now it’s time to get Pruvan on your phone and PC!

Log in to your new account and click on the “Apps” tab. You will be given instructions to download BOTH the free app for both Apple and Android devices AND the Pruvan Downloader, a desktop application that stores and organizes all your photos on your home and/or work computer.

Step Four: Get Integrated with REAMSView and Get Work on Your Phone

 

Now it’s time to get your REAMSView work orders into your Pruvan account and onto your phone! To integrate your new Pruvan account with REAMSView, follow these ONE TIME steps to set up communication between your REAMSView and Pruvan accounts.

 

Please note #1: YOU MUST HAVE A USERNAME/PASSWORD WITH REAMSView to PROCEED. If you need help setting up a REAMSView account, reach out to REAMSView Support at support@reamsview.com

Please note #2: If you ever update/change your REAMSView password, you must also update/change it in Pruvan as well.

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.) Login to your new Pruvan account at https://direct.pruvan.com and select Integrations from the main menu.

2.) Click New to create a new Integration

3.) Enter the Integration Code REAMS and select REAMSviewas the Integration Type

4.) Enter your REAMSView username and password in the Username and Password fields (You must have a REAMSView account to complete this step)

5.) Click Validate to confirm that the integration is connected. Click Save to save the Integration. Reopen the Integration by double clicking and click Full Import to Import all assigned work orders into Pruvan.

 

You should now see all your work orders assigned to you in REAMSView in your Pruvan Account! Just two more steps to follow to help manage your new account:

 

6.) This integration does not refresh automatically, so each morning click Integrations, then Refresh to import new work orders from REAMSView into Pruvan.

7.) To assign work orders to a mobile device, see the Projects page in Pruvan to select and assign work using the Update button.
