You’re probably thinking, “Ack! What do I do now?” But don’t worry; Pruvan is here to help.

Pruvan is offering FREE check-in to anyone who needs to maintain compliance. And what’s even better is that we are starting to integrate with various national work providers to auto-relay the results back to the proper work provider so that you don’t have to think about it.

Currently we are only integrated with MCS, but there are more to come (AFAS is next)! For specific MCS check-in instructions please read the documentation here.

NOTE: If you need to check-in and we do not have an integration for your work provider, learn how to import the check-in survey via Microsoft Excel here, and follow the Aspen Grove Solutions check-in survey instructions here.

The other neat thing that Pruvan is offering is free photos and surveys. So, if you’re new to Pruvan because you need a free way to send check-in results to your work provider, you can also complete work orders for FREE using Pruvan.

Now, of course the free version of Pruvan isn’t as snazzy as having a paying account. Here are the 2 major differences between a free Pruvan account and a paying Pruvan account:

1.) With a free Pruvan account, while you are able to import work orders from integrated work providers, you will be unable to export anything from Pruvan. Photos and survey results will have to be pulled off the phone via SD card or iTunes and then manually uploaded into the work provider’s system once you’re back in the office after being out in the field all day. While you absolutely could do this every day, it is extremely time consuming, when for just $25/month or $1 a project, Pruvan can send results back to your work provider or work order management system automatically.

The one exception is that check-in results will be sent automatically to the work-provider and/or Aspen Grove Solutions.

2.) Photos and other survey data cannot be downloaded onto your personal computer. You will be unable to save any back up copies of your work, so if photos get lost somewhere, you will not have the evidence you need to prove that you completed your assignments.

We know that’s a lot to digest. But the key points are:

1.) Check-in with Pruvan is FREE!

2.) You can now complete work orders on Pruvan for FREE! You just have to manually upload photos and surveys to your work provider at the end of the day.
