Fine Print:
Q: What is my coupon code?
A: It is the account owner/administrator master UserID for Pruvan (found on Pruvan.com->Login->Account tab). If your account master UserID has anything other than numbers or characters you must replace these characters with the underscore character. If you have a space, @ or . in your master UserID, replace these characters with the _ character. For example: “myemail@mydomain.com” becomes “myemail_mydomain_com”.
Q: What are the Terms and Conditions?
A: The “Holiday Tell A Friend Reward Program” (“Program”) is open only to existing paid-up Pruvan customers. Hence, to be eligible to receive a reward, you must be a Pruvan customer in good standing at the time of your referral and during the entire Minimum Use Period (see below).
To receive the referral award and new customer reward, your customer referral account must be a new customer to Pruvan, convert to a paid-account and thereafter remain in good standing for at least 90 consecutive days (the “Minimum Use Period”). This offer expires at 11:59PM on December 31, 2014.
Each referral reward will be paid only as a credit to your existing Pruvan account within 5 business days following the new customer’s 1st payment to Pruvan and will be applied to your next invoice from Pruvan.
The new customer reward will be paid only as a credit to the new customer’s Pruvan account within 5 business days following the new customer’s 2nd payment to Pruvan and will be applied to the new customer’s 3rd invoice from Pruvan.
Referrals which, in the sole judgment of Pruvan, do not maintain a paid status for the entire Minimum Use Period will invalidate rewards and may prevent your future participation in the Program. The reward is only redeemable as a credit to the related Pruvan account. The reward has no cash value, is personal to you and the new customer and is not transferable. You or the new customer will not receive any refund for any unused reward credit or receive any refund if the related Pruvan account is terminated.
